Shipping Carrier
We use DPD as our primary shipping carrier to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time!

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of 6,85€*for all orders within BELGIUM. For international shipping, rates vary based on the destination. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

France: 12,68€*
Netherlands: 7.8€*
Rest of the World: 15€*

Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping : Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, generally between 5 to 10 business days.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on the DPD website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Damages
Di-Jet - The Designer?You! is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
